This year, on 25th of November 2019, the Pilgrim Fathers came to our school's theatre and, with them, we had the chance to examine in depth one of the most “popular” festivities of the USA: THANKSGIVING!
They met the students and spoke about the origins, the food, and the typical traditions connected to this popular American festival. We all learnt everything about “wild turkeys”, “the turkey trot” and “Macy parade” held in New York City.

In many US cities Thanksgiving parades could leave you amazed! One of the best parades takes place in New York City. That one is famous for lots of big figures baloons, music bands and great chariots.
